Due to the compact construction, the DGLL series swivel joints can be universally used for the most various hose lines.
Our machine swivel joints are characterised by their particularly long service life.
The DGLL series machine swivel joints are a torsion protection that can be used as an adapter and they are always applied where a high stress frequency and thus – as a rule – strong demands to failure safety are required, such as in machine engineering and robotics.
The DGLL series machine swivel joints are equipped with industrial ball bearings and particularly low-friction X-rings as a sealant. This significantly reduces the influence of the medium's pressure on the swivel joint's ability to move compared with a standard swivel joint.
The DGLL machine swivel joint was developed together with users in particular for machine engineering as well as robotics applications with extreme loads. In the automotive industry, for example, production frequently takes place around the clock. The swivel joint must turn reliably and precisely thousands of times per day. An error that occurs here puts the entire production process at risk. Time-consuming and costly maintenance work can only be carried out while machines are at a standstill. It's a situation that calls for a reliable product.
The DGLL series swivel joints basically consist of two halves designed as bushing and pin. The pin enters the bushing being supported on the industrial ball bearing. Sealing on the medium’s side is achieved by an X-ring.
