Due to the compact construction, the ADG series swivel joints can be reliably used for the most various hose lines.
Due to the sophisticated construction, the ADG series swivel joints are not sensitive to radial forces.
Our abrasive swivel joints are suited for the most various application fields. They also work safely when working at the lowest pressure.
The integrated solids stripper prohibits the penetration of solid particles into the sealant area. This way, the service life of the seals is significantly increased and considerable maintenance and repair costs are saved.
The ADG series swivel joints are a torsion protection that can be used as an adapter and are always used in situations where process-related solids are contained in the pumped media.
The ADG series abrasive joints are a variant of the radial stress-resistant double-row series QDG swivel joints featuring an additional stripper made of PTFE. The stripper prohibits the penetration of solid particles into the sealant area. This significantly increases the service life of the sealant compared with traditional swivel joints - this saves maintenance and repair costs and enhances safety during the loading process.
The ADG series swivel joints basically consist of two halves designed as bushing and pin. The pin enters the bushing being supported on two marble runs. Sealing on the medium’s side is achieved by a shaft seal ring with strippers and an O-ring each between the marble runs and towards the environment.
