They know our product range, know precisely what the customer wants and the requirements set by his fluid-handling processes. More important still: our trading partners remain in close contact. This enables them to advise the customer quickly and effectively - for which they have our solid support.

Just as the RS partners contribute to our success, so they are supported by ourselves. This starts with marketing information in print form and via the web, with our product configurator, creating the foundation for productive discussions and an informed choice of product. The more complex a fluid process is and the larger the scope of a project, so is correct advice the more important. Extensive training opportunities and a personal contact person help to keep our partners' knowledge of fluid management and the RS portfolio on top form.

Just as important to us as active marketing support are long-term business relationships based on trust and reliability. Thus we do not seek to take business from the RS partners but to actively support them as consultants, developers and suppliers: so we both reach our objectives.
